Guidelines for Dealing in Securities

Preventing Insider Trading

The Corporations Act prohibits certain activities by directors, senior managers and employees of companies who are also shareholders of those companies.

Colorpak has issued specific guidelines about dealing in securities. These explain the type of conduct in relation to dealings in securities that is prohibited under the Corporations Act. The guidelines are not only to ensure the highest standards of conduct and also to avoid any perception that executives or employees are dealing in shares when they should not do so.

The guidelines apply to all employees of and contractors to Colorpak Limited and its subsidiaries and to all employees of any joint venture companies, operations or arrangements to which Colorpak Limited or a subsidiary is party.

They establish a best practice procedure relating to buying and selling securities that provides protection to both Colorpak Limited and employees against the misuse of unpublished information which could materially affect the value of securities.
