Policies

To ensure Colorpak meets its various legal and ethical obligations and that everyone employed by the company conduct themselves in accordance with the Colorpak’s core values, the Board has created a range of specific and detailed policies.

Code of Conduct The Code of Conduct sets clear guidelines for Colorpak’s Directors, Senior Managers. Everyone is expected to meet the highest standards of professional behaviour.
Continuous Disclosure The Continuous Disclosure policy is to ensure Colorpak meets its obligations as a public company to keep the market fully informed.
Equal Employment Opportunity The Equal Employment Opportunity Policy sets out how we will make decisions about hiring and promoting people: providing equal opportunity for all.
Guidelines for Dealing in Securities The Guidelines for Dealing in Securities are to ensure everyone at Colorpak who is also a shareholder acts, and is seen to act, in accordance with the law.
Occupational Health & Safety The Occupational Health and Safety Policy sets out how will we care for the health, safety and welfare of Colorpak employees and visitors.
Risk Management The Risk Management Policy sets out Colorpak’s systematic approach to identifying, assessing and managing the risks that might prevent us from achieving our objectives.
