Matthew joined Colorpak in 2007 as Sales Manager at the Foilmasters site. In 2008 Matthew was appointed to the position of General Manager, bringing more than 20 years of expertise and product beautification knowledge to the group.
Literally born into the embellishment industry with his father as a mentor, Matthew learnt the trade at an early age and formally began his career at 17 as an apprentice in the foilstamping sector. Matthew has extensive experience on and off the machines, and a knowledge base extending to security products, including manufacturing of foils and specialty applications, product development as well as diverse press operation techniques.
Matthew has also spent 2 years working with, training and subcontracting to trade finishers throughout the east coast of Australia, prior to accepting a role with Colorpak.
